Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and our made-to-order small batch process, we do not offer refunds unless damaged. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. There's a 10 day window before this becomes invalid.
To be eligible, your item must be:
・Unworn and unused
・With all original tags attached
・In its original packaging with liners
・Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request an exchange, email us at kawaiiswim.com@gmail.com with your order number, photos and the reason for exchange. Once approved, We don't cover the shipping costs, all items will be sent back to the USA. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping
At Kawaii Swim, every swimsuit is crafted with care and intention. We’re a small, women-led brand, and many of our pieces are made by hand.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. However, because our swimwear is handmade, please allow up to 20 business days for your order to be created and shipped. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen carrier (USPS or UPS). International orders may take 7–21 days, depending on destination and customs.
